Double dash dot dash. Hillerich & Bradsby Co. Bradsby joins the company in 1916 and "Bradsby" begins to appear in center brand with no "125" above the Hillerich & Bradsby. 125, Hillerich & Bradsby Co., Made in U.S.A.. Powerized & Pat. Pending introduced to right of centerbrand. Hillerich & Bradsby in oval of all bats. Trade Mark Reg U.S. Pat. Off below center label. "Powerized" and "Pat. Pending" introduced in November of 1931 the patent was granted.


1932 only

125, Hillerich & Bradsby Co., Made in U.S.A.. Powerized & Pat. Bone Rubbed Hillerich & Bradsby in oval of all bats. Trade Mark Reg U.S. Pat. Off below center label. Word "Powerized" found in conjunction with phrase "Bone Rubbed." "Genuine" first appears on barrel stamped above player's name.


1934-44

1950-60

125, Hillerich & Bradsby Co., Made in U.S.A.. Registered trademark insignia added above the "r" in "Louisville Slugger". Bottom of loop on "P" in the Hillerich & Bradsby in oval of all bats. Reg. U.S. Pat Off. Was dropped from under center label. Powerized. Model number appears on knob.


1969-72

125, Hillerich & Bradsby, Made in U.S.A.. Same as 1965-68 except bottom of loop on "P" in the word "Powerized" crosses over the vertical line. Hillerich & Bradsby in oval of all bats. Powerized. Model number appears on knob.


1973-75

125, Hillerich & Bradsby, Made in U.S.A.. Registered trademark insignia added above "d" in the word "Powerized." Hillerich & Bradsby in oval of all bats. Powerized. Model number appears on knob.


1976

125, Hillerich & Bradsby, Made in U.S.A.. Hillerich & Bradsby in oval of all bats. Powerized. Special Bi-Centennial model where model number moved from knob to barrel and placed after "Genuine" on game-used bats. All gamer H&B bats marked with Liberty Bell drawing and "1876 to 1976" to the right


1977-79

125, Hillerich & Bradsby, Made in U.S.A.. Hillerich & Bradsby in oval of all bats. Last year of Hillerich & Bradsby in centerbrand. Powerized. Model numbers moved to barrel instead of knob.


1980-83

125, Louisville Slugger, Label is 4 1/2" across center. Large label where "Hillerich & Bradsby" logo changed to "Louisville Slugger" in center label. Powerized. Model number on barrel.


2009
