MEARS does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted or secure access to its services, and operation of the MEARS site may be interfered with by numerous factors outside of its control. If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced. Headings are for reference purposes only and in no way define, limit, construe or describe the scope or extent of such section. Failure of MEARS to act with respect to a breach by you or others does not waive its right to act with respect to subsequent or similar breaches. This Agreement sets forth the entire understanding and agreement between MEARS with respect to the subject matter hereof.

Under this Agreement, MEARS furnishes on-line information and services to registered subscribers or authorized users. By selecting "I ACCEPT" when registering or if you use the website (www.mearsonline.com), you agree to be bound by this Agreement. The term "use" means the use and availability of, access to, transmission to or from or any exchange of information or communication in connection with or arising from the website.

Whenever new products or services become available, your use of them will be under this user agreement unless we notify you otherwise. You must comply with any additional terms, which apply to third-party content or other services. We may change this user agreement at any time without notice, we will however, post the new version of the user agreement on our web site for your review. By continuing to use the website, you agree to be bound by the changes in any new version of the user agreement. If any change is not acceptable, you may terminate your subscription.

USER OBLIGATIONS

Users should keep passwords private, because such passwords are the only information needed for access. The primary account holder is responsible for all activities under his or her password-protected account.

All subscriptions are automatically renewed at the end of their initial term. It is each subscriber's responsibility to cancel prior to the renewal date if the subscription is to be terminated.
